hello everyone,
I want to do my undergraduate course in Germany. Can anyone help me in following problems..

1) Should I visit a consoultancy or i should proceed on my own effort? what should i do to proceed on my own effort?

2) I'm told that i should do 480hrs german language before applying for visa. Is it true? where should i take language class...?

It is written that you need a "Zertifikat deutsch". Which you can obtain from Goethe Zentrum Kathmandu.
