Dear Shiva,
there are many foreign medical students here in Germany, who work and study. Why should you not be able to do ? But it is true, medicine requires more time to study and you may have hard times. It would be better to make sure that you have a support in case you need money.
With kind of student jobs (eg As a scientific assistant in uni hospital) you earn upto 400 € per month.

For visa, you may need to show your property evaluation. Please ask the embassy staff. Make sure you do not submit any fake documents. Only show what you really have. And also do not show any fake bank documents. You better get some credit from others and make a good transanction and that way a authentic document than making it fake as it is very popular that even embassy knows the truth.

Monthly expense depends on you. It is as least 400 € per month.
