Hi all,
I been doing Msc here in germany and will finish by september 2008.I heard there is some rule that a graduate can apply for extension of visa for 1 year to find some jobs.I know that for that one has to show sufficient fund.But i dont know how to proceed, where to go and what forms are needed to fill.

Any people has experience or has idea about it?

I have no experience on this issue. But I would simply go to the "Ausländerbehörde" of your city where you are getting your regular stay permit or you got once. And I would ask them what I need. They will certainly demand a proof that you are looking for a job. In that case go to the Arbeitsamt and register yourself as a job seeker. You will get a document, which you can submit to the Ausländerbehörde.
