1. is my german level sufficient to do studienkolleg?
Yes your language level is sufficient, since you have ZD.

2. is it good to indicate my running bbs even i want to study bachelor of
computer engineering?

Should you have already completed first year of bachelor's degree, you will be exempted from Studienkolleg. You can then directly begin with UNI.
If you wish to attend Studienkolleg better not mention about your BBS.

3. does the education gap make difference?
Not for the University.

4. when do we do tesdaf or DSH before or after studienkolleg?
At the final exam of Studienkolleg you take automatically DSH Exam.

5. which is better universtity or fachhochschule?
The one where you find appropriate course and which is in the city where you think you will be in good mood. Well, in short, all are good.
Try
Tech. Uni: Karlsruhe, Darmstadt, Kaiserslautern, Aachen
FH: Ludwigshafen, SRH Heidelberg (Good link with Software company SAP), etc

similarly many more confusions to be solved.
