I' m attempting to continue studding in Germany. The question is can i enter to german university directly to the second year (cuz i'm about to finish the first year) .or i must enter to the first year ??

2-i wanna know the math level in germany ----i mean how can i know what kinde or what level does germn universites teach

3- there is (as i know ) abour 350 university in germany ..so it's so hard to choose i certain university ...how can i choose university to contact ?
